For Parts: This laptop has a couple issues. The fan on the motherboard does not spin while computer is running. The fan
works, it will spin for a second when the laptop is turned off. Additionally, the HDD is having issues being discovered when
attempting an install. Drive will not show up when plugged in. Assuming there is a motherboard issue with these problems.

No RAM or HDD is included, this means there is also no Operating System included either.

Shipping & Handling:

Your order will ship same day if checkout is completed before 10:00 am CST. If past 10:00 am, your order will ship the following business day (Monday, if order placed on a Friday).

We pack orders carefully, using lots of new and lightly used packing materials. This includes bubble wrap, cardboard honeycomb, air pillows, brown paper, and typically, brand new boxes. No Styrofoam peanuts...ever!

Shipping carriers include USPS and FedEx. If you have a PO BOX, please include your street address as well. USPS orders will be sent to your PO BOX and FedEx orders to your street address, but we do need to know both in order to figure out the best shipping method.
