This device does NOT have any Operating System installed. This means there is no copy of Windows on the device and you will need to install it yourself. We do not provide assistance with Windows installs, but we do sell items with Windows Installed and Activated.

The body of the device is in good condition, but may have some minor marking that can be seen in the images. (8/10 cosmetics).

Shipping & Handling:

Your order will ship same day if checkout is completed before 10:00 am CST. If past 10:00 am, your order will ship the following business day (Monday, if order placed on a Friday).

We pack orders carefully, using lots of new and lightly used packing materials. This includes bubble wrap, cardboard honeycomb, air pillows, brown paper, and typically, brand new boxes. No Styrofoam peanuts...ever!

Shipping carriers include USPS and FedEx. If you have a PO BOX, please include your street address as well. USPS orders will be sent to your PO BOX and FedEx orders to your street address, but we do need to know both in order to figure out the best shipping method.
