When will my order ship?

We pack orders first thing every morning. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed as soon as the shipping label is created. Carriers have a scheduled pickup here at 11:00 am Monday - Friday. Any order placed after 10:00 am will not be packed and shipped until the following business day. This means that orders placed after 10:00 am on a Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Freight orders can usually be shipped out same day.

 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping to the lower 48 states is completely free! Shipping elsewhere is calculated during checkout.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Depends. If the order has been picked up by the carrier, there is no way to cancel the order and you will need to pay return shipping to send the items back for a full refund. If the order is not yet shipped, please email us a cancellation request.

 

Do you have higher quantity than shown?

Sometimes. Please email us if you are looking for something specific or want a higher quantity than is shown.

 

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! For larger quantity orders, please email us for a quote. Messages received during regular business hours are usually responded to within 10 minutes.

 

What do I do if my item arrives damaged or malfunctioning?

Please just shoot us a quick email with the order number and a short description of the problem. We will ensure that you get what you paid for or your money back.

 

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 1 year warranty for any hardware related problem for our computers, power supplies, parts, and monitors. Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by accidental damage, abuse, or tampering with components. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty.

Warranty does not cover any software, operating systems issues or problems arising from any unauthorized repairs or upgrades.

Laptop batteries are not covered under this warranty. The amount of time laptop batteries will hold charge is not guaranteed. Unless otherwise stated, every laptop is sold with a functional battery. We hope to provide you an incredible buying experience, however, if you experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact our customer service department by sending us a message or calling us directly.

If your problem cannot be resolved by our service department, they will issue you a return authorization number. This number is not a shipping label. You will need to arrange shipping to get the item back to us for repair, replacement, or refund.
